Blessed are You, Hashem, our God, King of the universe, who has sanctified us with His commandments and has commanded us to engage ourselves with the words of the Torah. Please, Hashem, our God, make the words of Your Torah sweet in our mouths, and in the mouths of Your entire people, the House of Israel. May we, our descendents and the descendents of Your people, the House of Israel—all of us—know Your Name and study Your Torah for its own sake. Blessed are You, Hashem, who teaches Torah to His people Israel.
Blessed are You, Hashem, our God, King of the universe, who chose us from all of the peoples and gave us His Torah. Blessed are You, Hashem, Giver of the Torah.
Numbers 6:24–26
Hashem spoke to Moshe saying, speak to Aaron and to his sons saying, So shall you bless the Children of Israel saying to them:
May Hashem bless you and protect you.
May Hashem shine His face upon you and be gracious to you.
May Hashem lift His face to you
and grant you peace.
And he shall place my Name on the Children of Israel and I shall bless them.
m.Peah 1:1
These are the things that have no prescribed measure: the corner [of the field], first-fruits, the appearances*, acts of kindness and Torah study.
B.Shabbat 127a
These are the things whose fruit a person partakes of in this world, but the full measure is stored up for him in the world to come. They are: honor of father and mother, acts of kindness, early attendance at the house of study morning and evening, hospitality to strangers, visiting the sick, providing for a bride, attending to the dead, devotion in prayer, bringing peace between a man and his neighbor, and between a man and his wife. The study of Torah, however, is equal to them all.
